Accounting: Anchor & Cohen CPAs

An accounting practice site that explains your services in plain language and turns readers into booked consultations.

Anchor & Cohen CPAs in Ashvale is an example business we invented for this demo. The site itself is real and running.

Nobody shops for an accountant for fun. They arrive because a CRA letter is sitting on the counter, a corporation needs its first year-end, or they have just moved to Canada and have no idea what to file. They are anxious about cost, and they want to know you handle their exact situation before they hand over their papers.

Your site needs to calm that down. We lay out each service in words a client can follow, show the steps from first conversation to filed return, and say up front that the fee is agreed before work starts. For practices that work in more than one language, the whole site can switch, so a client reads the explanation in the language they think in. This demo, for an example CPA firm in Ashvale, shows how those pieces sit on one page.

What this site does

Photo panel hero with a clear offer on the accounting demo

Photo panel hero with a clear offer

The opening screen pairs a grid of photo panels with one sentence about what makes the practice different and two buttons: book a consultation, or see what you handle. The phone number and your credentials sit right there with it. A client who is nervous about calling an accountant can see who you are and what to do next without scrolling.

Services explained in plain words on the accounting demo

Services explained in plain words

Twelve services, from personal tax to SR&ED claims and non-resident reporting, each get a card with a short description and a link to a full page of their own. Service pages set out who each one suits, the usual timeline and what you actually do. Clients find their own situation by name, and search engines find those pages too.

How it works, in four steps on the accounting demo

Start, from $50/mo

How it works, in four steps

A short strip walks through the engagement: a fixed fee in writing, one list of what you need, the return shown to the client before filing, and help if the CRA writes back later. It answers the questions people are too polite to ask on a first call, and it sets expectations so the document chase is shorter.

The site in four languages on the accounting demo

Start, from $50/mo

The site in four languages

A selector in the header switches the whole site between English, French, Russian and Hebrew on this demo. Services, questions and forms all change together, not just the menu. For a practice whose clients came to Canada from elsewhere, it is a plain signal that they will be understood, and each language version is indexed separately.

Answers to the questions clients worry about on the accounting demo

Start, from $50/mo

Answers to the questions clients worry about

The question section covers whether someone needs an accountant at all, what to bring to a first meeting, foreign property reporting, CRA letters and how fees work. It is searchable, so a visitor can type a word and jump to the answer. Being honest that a single T4 return does not need you builds more trust than claiming everyone does.

Consultation request form on the accounting demo

Start, from $50/mo

Consultation request form

The request page asks which service the client needs from your full list, their name, how to reach them and when suits them, and lets them attach a photo of a slip or a letter. The office address sits beside the form. The request reaches the accountant who will do the work, not a general mailbox.

Chat assistant for first questions on the accounting demo

Core, from $150/mo

Chat assistant for first questions

The "Need help? Let's chat" assistant answers common questions about your services and gathers enough detail for you to call back prepared. It is useful in February and March, when the phone does not stop, and after hours, when someone has just opened a CRA envelope and wants to know whether to worry before morning.

Client inbox, quotes and invoices on the accounting demo

Core, from $150/mo

Client inbox, quotes and invoices

Consultation requests and chat conversations arrive in a single inbox, each attached to a client record rather than scattered across email. You can send a written fee quote from that record, have the client approve and sign it online before work starts, and issue the invoice from the same place when the return is filed. Review and referral requests go out from there too.

Fast on a phone, video and all

The demo's homepage scored 94 for mobile performance in Google's Lighthouse test, measured October 14, 2026. Scores move a few points from run to run, so check it yourself: run PageSpeed Insights on the live demo.

Want this with your name on it?

This demo uses an invented firm, but the structure is the one your practice would get: your services in your words, your languages, your office address and your fee approach stated plainly. We build it from a description of the practice, so adding a service or a language later is a change to that description rather than a redesign. Send us your current site or your Google listing and we will put together a preview under your own name that you can look through at your own pace.
