Black Squid is operated by Velesco Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Ontario, Canada. This page explains what information we collect through blacksq.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, current website (if given), email address, and the message you write. We use this only to respond to your inquiry — nothing more.

We also run basic site analytics to understand how visitors use blacksq.com — things like which pages are viewed, roughly how long a visit lasts, and general location and device type. This data is aggregated and is not used to build a personal profile of you. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used solely to reply to your request and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Analytics data is used to improve the site and understand what visitors find useful. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason.
