Electrical: Brightwell Electric

How an electrician's site proves licensing, sorts emergencies from routine jobs, and turns visits into written requests.

Brightwell Electric in Fenwick Crossing is an example business we invented for this demo. The site itself is real and running.

Most people call an electrician because something has stopped working, smells wrong, or has to carry more load than it was built for. Before they pick up the phone, they look at your site to answer three questions: are you licensed, do you do this kind of work, and can you get here. Your site should answer all three on the first screen, then make it easy to ask for a visit.

Brightwell Electric is an invented business we built to show that in practice. It lists the work an electrical contractor actually quotes on, from panel upgrades and EV chargers to farm wiring and solar, with a page for each. It also separates a burning smell from a pot light request, so urgent calls reach you by phone and routine jobs arrive as written requests you can price on your own schedule.

What this site does

First-screen hero on the electrical demo

Start, from $50/mo

First-screen hero

The opening screen names the trade, the town and the business, then offers two choices: request service or call. Your licence, insurance and WSIB coverage sit right under the buttons, along with your review rating. A homeowner comparing three electricians sees proof of credentials before they scroll.

A page for every service on the electrical demo

Start, from $50/mo

A page for every service

Each service gets its own page written for that job; the panel upgrade page, for example, covers permits, ESA inspection and grounding. Search engines can match a page to what someone typed, and the visitor reads specifics instead of a generic list. Every page carries its own request and call buttons.

Request form with an emergency flag on the electrical demo

Start, from $50/mo

Request form with an emergency flag

The request form asks for the service, postal code, address, preferred time windows and a description, with optional photos. A visitor can tick a box to flag an emergency, and the page tells anyone with sparking outlets or a total power outage to call instead. You get the details you need to quote before you return the call.

Service area check on the electrical demo

Start, from $50/mo

Service area check

The towns you cover are listed on the homepage, and a visitor can enter a postal code or city to check the drive time from your shop. People outside your range find out before they fill in a form, and people at the edge of it learn that you do travel to them.

Reviews section on the electrical demo

Start, from $50/mo

Reviews section

Customer reviews appear on the homepage with star ratings, first names and how recent each one is. When reviewers mention specific jobs like a 200A upgrade or a Level 2 charger, they tell the next visitor you handle that work. On a live site these are your own customers' words, not sample text.

Blog with practical guides on the electrical demo

Start, from $50/mo

Blog with practical guides

The blog holds plain-language articles filed by topic, such as what to do about a breaker that will not reset or what drives the cost of an EV charger install. Posts like these answer questions people search for before they call, and they give search engines fresh pages to find on your site.

AI chat assistant on the electrical demo

Core, from $150/mo

AI chat assistant

A chat assistant opens from the corner of every page with "Need help? Let's chat." It asks what is going on, collects contact details and passes the request to you. If the message sounds urgent, it shows the emergency number so the visitor calls right away instead of waiting on a reply.

Lead inbox, quotes and invoices on the electrical demo

Core, from $150/mo

Lead inbox, quotes and invoices

Behind the public site sits a lead inbox where every form and chat request lands in one list. From there you write quotes, send invoices and keep a record of each customer. Customers can approve and sign a quote online, and you can ask finished jobs for a review or a referral.

Fast on a phone, video and all

The demo's homepage scored 95 for mobile performance in Google's Lighthouse test, measured October 14, 2026. Scores move a few points from run to run, so check it yourself: run PageSpeed Insights on the live demo.

Want this with your name on it?

Everything on this demo can carry your business name, your licence number, your towns and your phone numbers instead of Brightwell's. We write the service pages around the work you actually take on, whether that is residential panels, commercial fit-outs or farm buildings, and we set the emergency line to whichever number you answer after hours. Have a look around the demo, try the request form and the chat, and when you want to see it with your own details, book a short call with us.
