Crestline Roofing & Exteriors in Cedar Hollow is an example business we invented for this demo. The site itself is real and running.
A roof is one of the largest bills a homeowner will face, and they rarely commit to one on their first visit to a website. They want to see finished work, understand what a repair involves, and know that you will tell them when a repair is enough. After a storm, the same site has to do the opposite job and get a tarp on a leaking roof quickly.
Crestline Roofing & Exteriors is a fictional company we created to show both sides. The homepage leads with your credentials, a gallery sorted by roof type, and the commitments that matter in this trade, such as written quotes and a site swept for nails. Each service has a page that explains the work in detail, while the emergency line, the request form and the chat assistant handle the storm calls.

The first screen shows the company name over full-width video, with Request Service and Call buttons beside it. Underneath are the credentials homeowners check for roofers, such as liability insurance, WSIB coverage and manufacturer approval, plus the review score. Someone collecting several quotes can tell straight away that you are insured to work on their roof.

Recent jobs appear in a gallery that visitors can filter by category, such as asphalt shingle, metal roof or installation. Homeowners weighing a re-roof want to see what your finished work looks like on houses like theirs. A link leads to the full gallery, and new projects can be added as your crews finish them.

A short section states your approach: repair before replace when a repair will do, written quotes with scope and materials, and a clean site with a magnet sweep for nails. These are the worries people bring to a roofing quote, and answering them on the page means fewer of them come up on the call.

Every service has a full page. The roof repair page explains why the stain on the ceiling is rarely where the leak starts, how storm damage gets handled, and how a diagnostic fee is applied. Visitors who read it understand what they are paying for, and search engines get detailed text tied to the repair and your town.

Your home town and the nearby communities you work in are listed on the homepage. A checker lets a visitor type a postal code or city and see the drive time from your yard, so a homeowner two towns over knows whether you will come out. The same check appears on each service page.

The request page tells anyone with water coming inside, wind damage or a limb through the roof to phone right away. Everyone else fills in a form with the service, address, preferred times and a description, and can attach photos. Pictures of a lifted shingle or a sagging eavestrough let you judge the job before you climb a ladder.

Visitors can open the chat assistant from any page and describe the problem in their own words, from a missing shingle to a ceiling stain. It gathers their contact details and hands the request to you. When the message describes water coming in or storm damage, it flags a possible emergency and shows the number to call now.

Every lead from this site, whether it came through the form or the chat, goes to one inbox on the admin side. You build the quote there, send it for the customer to approve and sign online, and invoice when the roof is finished. Customer records keep each address and job together, and review and referral requests go out from the same place.
