Questions
Will this move me up the map?
We can't promise a position. Google decides how businesses rank, and it considers many things we don't control. What we can do is keep your profile complete, current and active, which is what Google asks of a good listing.
Do I keep ownership of the profile?
Yes. It's your profile and your Google account. We work as a manager on it, and you can remove our access at any time.
Do you reply to reviews?
This service covers posts, photos, customer questions and keeping your info current. If you'd like help with something else on the profile, ask us and we'll tell you plainly whether it's included.
